We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, always available and English speaking. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were modern and up to date, including parking, which we requested and was professionally handled. Transportation was also easily reachable, with buses and/or mashrutka from the center.

Cannot find any fault.

Had a nice experience during xmas time. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located near a large supermarket and is easily accessible by mini buses that pass frequently. The staff were friendly and helped me with a wifi issue promptly.

The location lacks restaurants and there is limited options for dining nearby. The building is also quite old and may not be as visually appealing as other hotels.

The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to the city center. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was a real treat, with healthy regional options served at the table. The staff was friendly and helpful, with good English language skills.

The hotel was not well soundproofed, and noise from the corridor and other rooms could be heard. The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable and could be slow at times.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the young woman with exceptional English skills. the location was easily reachable by public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere. the bathroom was clean with modern fixtures, and the breakfast was diverse with many options available.

The wifi connection in our room was poor.
